Immediate. Fares may be held on a time limit without charge for up to 2 hours from time of booking if requested.

No Show
Failure to check in before deadline at airports will forfeit fare.
Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

If cancellation is NOT made 48 hours prior, fare is forfeited.
*Please Note:
- This cost is incurred per passenger per flight segment plus the credit card surcharge
- Credit Card surcharge is 3.08% for Amex, 4.09% for Diners and 1.16% for Visa and MasterCard. Credit card surcharges are not refundable with Fully Flexible tickets
- Change Fee as at 19 December 2024 and is subject to change without notice
