Position Description

Sharp Airlines is seeking expressions of interest from suitably capable persons to work in our Launceston Airport Customer Service and Reservation Call Centre either on a full time or casual basis. 



  • Previous experience in Reservations, Holiday Travel, and Customer Service in an Airline environment is preferred


Key Responsibilities

  • Making reservations and assisting our customers and in delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Assisting customers in planning holiday travel throughout our network
  • Ability to be proactive and passionate about our business and in delivering a great experience to all our customers
  • Other administrative duties as required


Personal Requirements

  • Able to work accurately, neatly and without supervision
  • Sound organisational skills
  • Able to communicate written and spoken information succinctly and accurately
  • Able to work under pressure and meet time-critical deadlines
  • Good presentation, pleasant manner and an ability to present an appropriate image for the organisation
  • Able to assist people and the problems they encounter with tact and discretion
  • Excellent concentration
  • Aptitude for working with computers
